There are seasons in life when ambition alone is not enough. You need alignment. You

need courage. You need women who see you and say, “Keep going.” I found that in

Lean In Barcelona.

Joining Black Women Lead, one of its circles, came at a time when I was redefining myself

both professionally and personally. As a customer experience specialist who believes in

doing work differently and standing out, I was looking for more than networking; I was

looking for depth, real conversations, and shared growth.

Within Lean In Barcelona, I discovered a community of ambitious women who speak

openly about leadership, career pivots, setbacks, and wins, a space where

competition is replaced with elevation.

Through Lean In community, I strengthened how I articulate my value in leadership

conversations and became more intentional about the impact I want to create. That

shift has profoundly influenced how I show up professionally.
